1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, software, content, features, and related services operated by Cogzee Technologies LLC ("Cogzee," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Cogzee website and Cogzee mobile applications. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the services. The services are not directed to children under 13. By using the services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some Cogzee services or applications may allow or require account features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use and for activity that occurs through your account or device. You agree to provide accurate information when using account features and to keep that information reasonably current.

Some applications may offer optional sign-in features handled by third parties or by your device operating system. Those third-party sign-in services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Use of the Services

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Cogzee may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, including features, content, supported platforms, or availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, names, user interfaces, and other materials, are owned by Cogzee Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services.

6. User Content, if applicable

Some services may allow you to enter, store, upload, export, or share information, files, notes, settings, or other materials ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use it with the services.

You retain your rights in your User Content. To the extent necessary to operate or improve the services you choose to use, you grant Cogzee a limited right to process User Content as needed for those services. Some Cogzee applications may store information only on your device, as described in the applicable privacy policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, devices, or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse protected portions of the services except where allowed by law.
• Use the services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Cogzee or any third party.

8. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some current or future services may be offered for a fee, as a one-time purchase, subscription, in-app purchase, or other paid feature. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and payment methods will be shown at the time of purchase or through the applicable app store, payment processor, or platform.

If a purchase is processed by a third-party app store or payment provider, that provider's terms, billing rules, and account settings may apply.

9. Refunds, where applicable

Refunds, credits, or cancellations for purchases made through third-party app stores or payment providers are generally handled by those providers under their own refund policies. If Cogzee directly offers paid services in the future, any applicable refund terms will be disclosed with those services or as required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The services may include links to third-party websites, use third-party sign-in, rely on app stores, or connect to third-party services. Cogzee does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies.

Additional Terms for Cogzee Applications

The following additional terms apply to Cogzee mobile applications, including current applications and future applications operated by Cogzee Technologies LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Estimates only — not professional advice

All calculations and outputs in the app are estimates provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or retirement advice, and they may not reflect your actual benefits. Pension and retirement rules change frequently and vary by plan, employer, and circumstance. Always verify any figure with your retirement system, plan administrator, or a qualified professional before relying on it. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the app.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calculations, content, or app will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogzee Technologies LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made or loss incurred in reliance on the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for any backup files you create and choose to share, and for maintaining the security of your device. Data is stored on your device; uninstalling the app or using "Clear all data" will remove it.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Cogzee Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. "Blue Anqor" and related marks are trademarks of Cogzee Technologies LLC. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-party services and links

The app offers optional Google Sign-In and may link to third-party websites, such as the Social Security Administration. Your use of those services and sites is governed by their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the app.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Cogzee disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Cogzee does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogzee Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the services or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogzee's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Cogzee for the applicable service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cogzee Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Cogzee may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Cogzee or others, or used the services in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
